Engagements for paid services are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work signed between NEEBA Impact and the client. These Terms do not constitute a services agreement, proposal, or commitment to engage.

01 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent your organization (if applicable) to use our website or submit an inquiry.

02 Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

03 Intake Submissions

Submissions through our intake form, email, phone, or SMS are evaluated by NEEBA Impact and do not constitute an offer, proposal, or guarantee of engagement. We respond to qualified inquiries based on fit, capacity, and alignment with our scope of practice.

04 SMS / Text Messaging Program

By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive SMS messages from NEEBA Impact, you consent to the following:

  • Program: NEEBA Impact SMS communications
  • Sender: NEEBA Impact (a brand of NEEBA Studios LLC)
  • Message Types: intake confirmations, consultation scheduling, project updates, and administrative notices
  • Message Frequency: varies; typically not more than 10 messages per month
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After you reply STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt back in.
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at connect@neebaimpact.com.
  • Eligibility: Available to recipients in the United States only.
  • Carriers: Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your consent to receive SMS is not a condition of engagement.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEEBA Studios LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, forms, or communications. Our total liability arising from website use is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). Liability for paid client engagements is governed solely by the separate Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work.

09 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless otherwise agreed in a written services agreement.

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
